Going mobile...

I have to admit that I have become "one of those" people. You know, the ones who view their lives through their mobile devices. It took me years to embrace the digital camera, having developed (excuse the pun) my love for photography using film. I doubt my children will ever know what film is. Why would they? Film has gone the way of the LP and cassette. Soon CDs and DVDs will follow. We are living in a virtual world, one in which pictures, music, movies, are shared via digital bits of information that are not visible nor have any true physical form.

Anyway, back to my original thought. I have greatly missed the days of blogging. Writing and picture taking just didn't have the same appeal to me, having a new schedule that included a full time job and single-parenting. Thank goodness for my mobile phone. Let me say it now. I LOVE MY DROID! Not only does it keep me in contact with my loved ones, it reconnects me with the things I love to do.

Here is my first mobile blog upload. Let's hope the enthusiasm doesn't subside.
